I learned early on the value of connection and authenticity. Those lessons have stuck with me and shape the way I approach every wedding we capture.

Growing up in a small town in Oklahoma, I learned early on the value of connection and authenticity. Those lessons have stuck with me and shape the way I approach every wedding we capture.

Wherever I go, I seem to make a friend—whether it’s offering support, lending a helping hand, or just being a steady presence. I love bringing a bit of playfulness and lightness to any room, and on wedding days, that energy goes a long way. Helping couples feel at ease and making the people around them smile is one of my favourite parts of the job.

I’ve always been drawn to community.

There’s nothing like capturing a moment in a way that feels larger than life but still so deeply personal. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m probably nerding out over something, hanging out with my kids, or driving race cars. And yes, I’ll always have a dad joke ready—it’s my party trick.

Words often fail me, but when I hear a song, a movie starts playing in my mind. That sense of rhythm and feeling guides every wedding film I create.

For me, storytelling often begins with music.

I love puzzles (probably why I love editing so much) and popcorn. I love reading and Star Wars (just wait until you see my tattoo sleeve!) But most of all, I love love love Hans Zimmer *chills*

With Scandinavian and Celtic roots,

I’ve always felt at home in many places. Travel inspires me—connecting with so many different types of people and getting to experience all those other micro lives I could have lived.
